Industries

The industries we build for.

We build operating systems and orchestrators for industries where the workflow is specific and the software is not ready for AI. The same model extends across education, healthcare, hospitality, property, and commerce.

Why industry systems

Generic tools miss the work that makes an industry run.

An assistant can answer questions about a business. It cannot run the business without a system that exposes the work.

The workflow is the unit
A hotel does not run like a clinic. A school does not run like a retailer. The steps, roles, and exceptions are different, and AI that ignores them stays at the level of a chatbot.
The record is the source of truth
A price, a room, a stock level, or an appointment is only useful to an assistant if the business already keeps that information in a system it can trust.
The system has to fit first
Software earns its place by running the work. Intelligence is added where the data, permissions, and accountability already exist.

The model

One operating model, adapted to the industry.

The customer sees a website. The team sees an operation. Mansion works from the same records. What changes by industry is the workflow, the vocabulary, the roles, and the decisions that matter.

01 · Customer interface

The website, booking or order flow, payments, and confirmation.

02 · Operations

Admin, records, staff roles, notifications, and reporting.

03 · Intelligence

Mansion and the orchestration layer work from the same live records, within the permissions the business sets.

This is what makes Mansion useful beyond a demo. The assistant is not guessing from a public page. It is working from the same reservation, order, stock, or appointment record the business already relies on.

Where we are looking

The same model, applied with different constraints.

These are directions we are studying, not products available to buy. Each one has a workflow, a record, and a set of decisions that AI would need to respect.

Our aim

Education

Admissions, student records, fees, and routine parent communication connected in one system, with an assistant for the questions that repeat.

Our aim

Healthcare

Appointments, patient records, reminders, and a reception layer for supported requests, built around the rules the practice sets.

Our aim

Property

Rent collection, maintenance, tenant communication, and a clear view of the portfolio in one operating system.

Our aim

Commerce

Sales, inventory, orders, customer records, and an AI operations layer for retail and service businesses.

A closer look

Hospitality

A clear workflow, and a real gap.

Independent properties run on a mix of booking tools, spreadsheets, messages, and memory. A guest asks a question, a room is promised, a payment is taken, and the record has to survive all three.

This is one example of how the model applies. We are not publishing a general release date. Register interest and we will contact you when a pilot is available.

What we aim to build

  • A branded property website with direct bookings.
  • Reservations, availability, front desk, and room assignment.
  • Reception, management, and owner views with the right permissions.
  • Payments, invoices, notifications, and daily reporting.
  • A Mansion layer that answers from live property information and can create a reservation within the rules the property sets.

Who it is for

  • Hostels
  • Boutique hotels
  • Guest houses
  • Short-lets and serviced apartments

Operators and partners can run the system under their own brand. White label changes the presentation, not the permission model.

Where we start

Not every industry is ready at the same time.

We choose the first build in an industry by the workflow, not by the size of the market. A clear process and usable records matter more than a large addressable audience.

Workflow clarity

The work repeats, has a recognizable start and end, and someone owns the outcome.

Data readiness

The business keeps records it can trust, or is willing to fix the ones it cannot.

Willingness to change

The team is prepared to change the process, not only add a tool on top of it.

Register interest

Bring your industry into the conversation.

Tell us how the business runs and where the work breaks down. Submitting this form records interest. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or start a project.

FAQ

Questions.

Can I use DBMansion Hospitality?
Not yet. Register interest and we will contact you when a pilot is available. No general release date is published.
What is included in a hospitality system?
A branded website, direct booking flow, reservations, admin, staff roles, payments, notifications, and a Mansion layer, depending on the scope agreed.
Can we keep our brand?
Yes. The system can run under the property's brand. White label is also an option for operators and partners.
Do you only work in these industries?
No. AI integration projects can start in any business with a repeated workflow and usable systems. The industry systems are where we go deeper.
How does Mansion fit in?
Mansion is the assistant product that works through the system. It answers from live records, completes supported tasks within the permissions the business sets, and reports what actually happened.
What does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per business or property. The commercial model is a setup fee plus an ongoing subscription, with white label available.
Do you support more than one property?
The owner view is designed to show more than one property where the scope requires it. Multi-property support is confirmed during setup.

The workflow is where intelligence becomes useful.
